Delivery and Returns

Products

All products are Print on Demand to avoid stock holding and are produced by Printful Inc. It normally takes 2-5 days to create the product(s), so delivery is expected to take 4-14 days. These products are available for sale worldwide and will be created by Printful at their most appropriate facility for your country, which may reduce expected delivery times. You will be notified of the progress of your order as it is produced.

Returns Policy

I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return it within 14 days of receiving it for a replacement or refund. Returns must be in original condition and packaging. The purchase price of products returned in original condition will be refunded using the same method of payment selected when ordering. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable, unless your purchase is proven to be faulty or damaged.

If this is the case, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the order and provide photographic evidence of the issue. Upon agreement, return the item to the Printful address provided at a standard shipping rate. Please ensure to obtain a proof of shipping and receipt for your records. I will then replace or refund your order, including your return shipping costs.
